CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
If you must cancel, we will be pleased to change your flight time or rebook your reservation with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (for parties of 12 or less). For changes to bookings for groups larger than 12 individuals, as well as for corporate and school groups, we require a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice.
If you fail to notify us accordingly, we will automatically charge you a fee of $10 per person to rebook your flight time.
iFLY Toronto does not offer refunds for any reason.
IF WE NEED TO CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT
iFLY Toronto reserves the right to cancel your flight without notice. Rest assured that this would only happen in case of unplanned maintenance, malfunction or any event beyond our control. In case of such an unforeseen event, we will reschedule your fight at our earliest mutual convenience.
Participant undertaking and risk acceptance statement
All flyers must complete the Statement of Risk, a legal contract between the flyer and iFLY Toronto. This contract ensures all flyers understand the nature of the sport of body flight, and the risks involved. All information retained on the Statement of Risk is used for this purpose alone and will not be supplied to any other party for any other purpose, except where authorized by the customer.
As a legal contract, it must be completed accurately by the flyer or parent/guardian as applicable. A valid, state-issued ID is required, and it will be necessary for us to record the document number for our records. Flyers must bring appropriate identification in order to validate their Statement of Risk. Parents of children under 18 must provide identification to validate their right to execute the contract on behalf of the child flyer. Customers who are concerned about supplying such information for any reason should discuss this with iFLY Toronto prior to making any purchase or reservation. Refusal to complete the Statement of Risk will result in the inability to participate.
WARNING - iFLY Toronto (SKYVENTURE ONTARIO LTD.) hereby authorizes the resale of our flight certificates only from the following companies with whom the company has entered into specific agreements: Viator and Aeroplan/AIMIA.
You may ask that certificates or flight passes be mailed to you. In that case, all shipped orders are sent via Canada Post regular shipping service and are free of charge. Under normal circumstances, flight passes and gift certificates are received within 3-5 business days (unless Canada Post is on strike). iFLY Toronto cannot be responsible for undelivered or delayed mail.
